Safety is a top priority at the studio and ask that you follow the below policies to help us keep all of our wonderful students safe!
COVID Health and Safety. We carefully monitor recommended CDC guidelines and adjust studio procedures inaccordance.
- We will follow CDC guideline recommendations for class size and be very aware of adapting classes (including dance technique and choreography) to keep everyone safe.
- It is so important to keep students home when they are sick! Any signs in the previous 24 hours of cough, sore throat, flu, fever, nausea, runny nose, runny or red eyes, loss of taste or smell, body aches etc. are indicators that students should stay home. This does include allergies. It is also important to keep your child home if there are any household members of the family sick.
- Student hands will be sanitized at the start and end of each class.
- Classrooms will be cleaned between each class session.
- All dancers need to bring a “Dance Bag” to put their jackets, coat, shoes and clearly labeled water bottle inside while they dance. "Cubbies" are for PRESCHOOLERS ONLY!!
- By attending classes at Miss Margene’s, you voluntarily assume all risks to exposure to COVID-19.
Please arrive and pick up on time. Students must be dropped off and picked up within 5 minutes of the start or end of the class.
Parents are welcome at our studio! Lobby space is limited and priority should be given to our students. Run an errand, go to the library, take a walk, go shopping. There are many stores nearby.
Please, please, PLEASE SLOW DOWN! Come into the parking lot at no more than 5 MPH & keep it at that speed until you pull out onto the street again. We have children that we all love & want them to be safe! Please be aware & careful.
Please DO NOT drop off at the front door. Please pull into the parking space. You are welcome to use all parking areas to the north and west of the studio.
All studio communications will be done via email and posted on this website. No paper notes will be handed out. It is each students responsibility to provide a legitimate email address. If you do not have access to email, it is your responsibility to get any information from the paper copy that will be posted in the studio lobby.
Photo, Video, Media Policy Waiver. We are proud of our studio family successes and love to share class and performance experiences with others for promotional use. All content used is carefully selected and no individual will be tagged or mentioned by name. Please be sure to carefully read the waiver when filling out our registration form(s)
